Interested Parties Meeting Set for Cosmo Park

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

Columbia Parks and Recreation is hosting an interested parties meeting on February 16 for proposed improvements to Cosmo Park. This meeting will specifically address proposed new amenities including lights for football/lacrosse field, restroom and concession area near the football/lacrosse fields, and restroom next to soccer field 13.

The public is invited to drop in and comment on the proposed improvements from 6 to 7 p.m. on the 16th at the ARC, 1701 W. Ash.

These improvements would be funded by revenues generated by the Park Sales Tax, as approved by voters in November 2010.
