On August 31, 2009, the City of Columbia will issue a RFP for the FY2010 Human Rights Enhancement Program Adobe PDF format. Contract funding amounts will vary depending on the quality and quantity of proposals received. Please contact the Division of Human Services for more information or for assistance with a proposal.
Organizations interested in submitting a proposal for FY2010 should use the links below to download the FY2010 RFP in MS Word format and print the Chart of Accounts in Adobe PDF format:
The FY2010 Request for Proposals (Funding Application Form) contains the necessary budget forms in MS Word format but these forms do not automatically calculate budget information. If you would prefer to complete the budget forms in MS Excel format, which contain budget calculation formulas, please also download the FY2010 Budget Forms in Excel format:
In August of each year the City of Columbia Human Rights Commission issues a RFP for human rights enhancement programming.
At it's November meeting, the commission holds a public hearing in regard to the commission's funding recommendations for the upcoming fiscal year.
