For FY2012, the City of Columbia has made available $3,000 for the Human Rights Enhancement Program.
Organizations interested in submitting a proposal for HREP funding should download and complete the following proposal form:

Proposals submitted by the 15th of each month are considered at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the HRC. The consideration of HREP proposals is listed as an agenda item on the corresponding HRC meeting agenda. Submitting organizations are not required to attend the meeting at which their proposal is being considered; however, it is highly recommended that a representative of the organization attend in order to address any questions about the proposal from the commission or staff.
