Only $700 in FY2010 HREP funding remains available. Organizations interested in applying for a portion of the remaining FY2010 HREP funding must submit a proposal by August 15, 2010.
On August 31, 2009, the City of Columbia issued a RFP for the FY2010 Human Rights Enhancement Program. The total amount of HREP funding made available for FY2010 was $2,500.
Organizations interested in submitting a proposal for HREP funding must use the links below to download and complete the following HREP proposal forms in MS Word and MS Excel formats:

Proposals submitted by the 15th of each month are considered at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the HRC. The consideration of HREP proposals is listed as an agenda item on the corresponding HRC meeting agenda. Submitting organizations are not required to attend the meeting at which their proposal is being considered; however, it is highly recommended that a representative of the organization attend in order to address any questions about the proposal from the commission or staff.
