FY2011 Request For Proposals (RFP)

For FY2011, the City of Columbia has made available $3,000 for the Human Rights Enhancement Program.

Organizations interested in submitting a proposal for HREP funding must use the links below to download and complete the following HREP proposal forms in MS Word and MS Excel formats:

• HREP Narrative form (Funding Application Form)- download in MSWord format
• HREP Program Budget, Service Levels, and Consumer Demographics forms- download in Excel format

Hard copies of completed proposals, along with the required documents, should be submitted to:

Proposals submitted by the 15th of each month are considered at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the HRC. The consideration of HREP proposals is listed as an agenda item on the corresponding HRC meeting agenda. Submitting organizations are not required to attend the meeting at which their proposal is being considered; however, it is highly recommended that a representative of the organization attend in order to address any questions about the proposal from the commission or staff.
