The corporate limits of the City of Columbus shall include the following land:

A tract of land located in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 48 North, Range 13 West, Boone County, Missouri, being the tract described by the Trustee's General Warranty Deed recorded in Book 1033, Page 633, Records of Boone County, containing 24 acres, more or less.
