The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A tract of land located in the North (1/2) of the South one-half (1/2) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Forty-Eight (48) North, Range Thirteen (13) West, described as follows:

Starting at the northeast corner of said Section Twenty (20), thence south along the east line of said section 1,680.37 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 84°35' West, 2,639 feet to a point on the north and south mid-section line; thence south 0°05' East along the west line of the northeast quarter (NE 1/4) 304.93 feet to the southwest corner of the north one-half (1/2) of the south one-half (1/2) of the northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 20; thence south 84°35' East along the south line of the north one-half (1/2) of the south one-half (1/2) of the northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 20, 2,639 feet to a point on the east line of Section 20; thence north along the section line 304.93 feet to the Point of Beginning; except the east 200 feet of said tract. The area of the described tract is 16.99 acres.
