The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

Tracts 1A and 1B of the survey recorded in Book 1207, Page 661, Records of Boone County, being located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 49 North, Range 12 West, Boone County, Missouri, containing 49.8 acres.
