Chapter 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1-11.035 August, 1997 Extension of Corporate Limits.
The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:
Tract 1 of the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 690, Page 601, Records of Boone County, being
located in the south half of Section 8, and in the north half of Section 17, both in Township 48
North, Range 13 West, Boone County, Missouri, containing 156 acres, except for that part of
said Tract 1 lying within Lots 1 and 2, King's Meadow Subdivision - Block 6, as recorded in Plat
Book 21, Page 19.
