Chapter 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1-11.037 September, 1997, Extension of Corporate Limits.
The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:
The west part of Lots One (1) and Two (2) of King's Meadow Subdivision - Block 6 as recorded
in Plat Book 21 at Page 19 of the Boone County Records, situate in the northwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 48 North, Range 13 West in Boone County, Missouri;
said part being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said northwest quarter of the northeast quarter; thence
along the south line of said quarter-quarter N84o02'W, 200.00 feet to the southwest corner
of said
Lot 2; thence along the west lines of said lot and said lot 1, N0o17'45"E, 1089.19 feet
to the
northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence along the north line of said lot, S83o39'E, 200.13
feet to
the east line of said quarter-quarter; thence along said east line S0o17'45"W, 1087.84
feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 4.97 acres.
