The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

Tract One (1) of the survey recorded in Book 663 at Page 179 of the Boone County Records; situate in the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 49 North, Range 12 West in Boone County, Missouri; said tract containing 19.68 acres.
