The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A tract of land located in the NE 1/4 of Section 30 T48N R12W in Boone County, Missouri being the tract described by a survey recorded in Book 739 Page 166 of the Boone County, Missouri records, except the westerly 200' along Rock Quarry Road which is within the City limits.
