The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A part of Tract Four (4) of the land described in the final settlement and order of distribution recorded in Book 284 at page 193 of the Boone County Records; situate in Section 34, Township 48 North, Range 13 West and in Fractional Section 3, Township 47 North, Range 13 West in Boone County, Missouri; said part being described as follows:

    1.    The east half of the southwest quarter of said Section 34;

    2.    The west half of the fractional northeast quarter of said Section 3;

    3.    The fractional northwest quarter of said Section 3;

    4.    Fifty three (53) acres, the northwest part of the southwest quarter of said Section 3 further described as all that part of said quarter section lying West of the public road and North of the land shown by the surveys in Book 768 at page 560 and in Book 1308 at page 412 of said county records.
