The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

TWENTY-EIGHT (28) ACRES, MORE OR LESS, IN BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI, BEING ALL THAT PART OF THE WEST HALF (W 1/2) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF SECTION 10; TOWNSHIP 48 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI, LYING SOUTH OF THE ST.
