Chapter 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1-11.088 November, 2001 Extension of Corporate Limits.
The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:
A tract of land described in the warranty deed in Book 325 at page 275 being Tract #1 of the
survey in Book 310 at page 545, EXCEPT 0.37 acres in the northeast corner thereof as described
in the warranty deed in Book 1646 at page 43 and EXCEPT 0.78 acres in the southeast corner
thereof as described in the warranty deed in Book 756 at page 340 and EXCEPT 0.11 acres being
the west 10 feet thereof as described in the warranty deed in Book 826 at page 590, all of the
Boone County Records; situate in the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 29,
Township 48 North, Range 12 West in Boone County, Missouri and containing 3.74 acres.
