Section 10-3 Customer service standards.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 19672 on 09/17/2007, Section 10-3 read as follows.
General rule: It shall be unlawful for any person to construct
or operate a cable
communications system in the city using public rights-of-way without first obtaining a franchise.
All video service providers providing service in the city shall adopt and
comply with the
minimum customer service requirements set forth in Sec. 67.2692 RSMo. Receipt of a copy of
this ordinance by the video service provider shall be deemed notice of the city invoking such
customer service requirements.
