Section 11-133 Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of the City of Columbia Food Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment not exceeding three months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
