Section 11-221 Definitions and rules of construction.
Prior to the adoption of 16982 on 09/01/2001, Section 11-221 read as follows.
Offensive annoyances which are discomforting or detrimental
to the health or public welfare
of individuals or the public shall constitute nuisances.
