Chapter 11 HEALTH AND SANITATION*
Section 11-225 Remedies not exclusive.
The remedies set forth in this article are cumulative and not exclusive. The city may pursue
any available civil remedies in addition to prosecuting violations in municipal court and
following the abatement procedures of this article.
