Section 11-47 Officers; quorum.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17658 on 04/21/2003, Section 11-47 read as follows.
(a) The board shall select its own chairman, and the director
of health services shall serve as
secretary.
(b) A quorum for the transaction of business at meetings of the board shall
be a majority of the
duly appointed and acting members of such board.
