Prior to the adoption of 17135 on 04/08/2002, Section 11-68 read as follows.

It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, corporation or other business entity to violate any of the provisions of this article. Each such violation shall constitute a separate offense, punishable as a misdemeanor.
