Chapter 12 HUMAN RELATIONS*
Section 12-33 Unlawful retaliation; false complaints.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to retaliate or discriminate
in any manner against any
other person because such person has opposed any practice prohibited by this chapter or because
such person has filed a complaint, assisted or participated in any manner in any proceeding
conducted pursuant to this chapter.
(b) It shall be unlawful to knowingly make a false complaint
under the provisions of this
Article.
