Chapter 12A LAND PRESERVATION
Section 12A-12 Remedies not exclusive.
The remedies set forth in this chapter are cumulative and not exclusive. The
city may pursue
any available civil remedies in addition to prosecuting violations in municipal court and
following the abatement procedures of this chapter.
