Chapter 13 LICENSES, PERMITS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS*
Section 13-187 Supervision of waste hauling activities.
It shall be the duty of the director of public works to supervise or cause to
be supervised the
removal of the contents of privies, the contents of septic tanks
and
manure, and all persons
licensed or engaging in the activities of waste hauler shall be subject to his direction to time,
manner and place of removal.
