Section 13-207 Amount of license tax; reduced fee.

Every person engaging in, operating or conducting the activities of waste hauler shall pay therefor an annual license tax of ten dollars ($10.00) for one waste hauling vehicle used in such activity and five dollars ($5.00) for each additional vehicle used in such activity; provided, however, that if any license is granted after the seventh month of the license year, the above fees shall be reduced fifty (50) percent.
