Chapter 13 LICENSES, PERMITS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS*
Section 13-294 License cards.
(a) The business license administrator shall issue to each licensee a license
card containing: the
words “temporary business license,” the period for which the license is issued, the number
of the
license and the place where the business may be conducted.
(b) Each license issued under this division shall be issued for fourteen (14)
days or less. Upon
request, the license may be extended for an additional fourteen (14) days or less.
(c) The license shall be posted conspicuously in the place where the business
is conducted.
(d) The license is not transferable.
