Prior to the adoption of Ord. 19996 on 07/21/2008, Section 13-32 read as follows.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article, unless otherwise specified herein, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding one ~~hundred~~ thousand dollars ~~($100.00)~~ ($1,000.00) , or be imprisoned in the city jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or be both so fined and imprisoned. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
