Chapter 13 LICENSES, PERMITS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS*
Section 13-53 Appeal procedure.
Any person aggrieved by the denial of any license issued under this article
shall have the right
to appeal the
decision pursuant to the procedure for appealing a license denial set out in section
13-31
.
