Chapter 13 LICENSES, PERMITS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS*
Section 13-55 Fees.
(a) The following table of fees shall apply to this article:
(1) Application or reapplication and
testing . . . . $

(2) Written or shooting retest . .

(b) The applicant shall pay a fee
to cover costs incurred by the department of finance in
obtaining the criminal record check required in section 13-49 (c).
(
c
) Failure of the written or shooting tests shall require retesting. Failure
of both tests shall
require reapplication and successful testing prior to issuance of a license.

d
) All fees shall be paid in advance and no fee shall be refundable.
