Section 14-141 Material falling from vehicles and trailers.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17949 on 01/05/2004, Section 14-141 read as follows.
No person shall operate on any street or highway any motor vehicle or trailer that has rock or any
other material on any part of the vehicle or trailer that may reasonably be expected to fall from
the vehicle or trailer as a result of wind pressure or air pressure or by the movement of the
vehicle or trailer.
