Prior to the adoption of Ord. 20699 on 08/02/2010, Section 14-328.1 read as follows.
When signs are erected, placed or installed within each block
giving notice thereof, no person
shall park a vehicle within or upon any of the streets or places hereinafter set forth between the
hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., except on Sunday:
Eighth Street, east side, from Alton Avenue
Wilkes Boulevard
to North Boulevard.
