Chapter 14 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC*
Section 14-396 Violations.
(a) Every person convicted of a violation of any of
the provisions of this division shall be
punished as provided in section 1-8 of this Code, except that a fine shall not be less than five
dollars ($5.00) if paid within fifteen (15) days of the violation and not less than
fifteen
dollars
($
15.00
) if paid more than fifteen (15) days after violation.
(b) Each hour that a violation of this division continues is a separate offense.
