Section 14-413 Rates.

Parking meter rates are hereby established for parking meter zones as set forth in this division. The period of parking time received for each coin of a specific denomination shall be shown on the parking meter. Rates for parking meter zones as shown by sections of this division are:

(1) Ten (10) minutes for each five cents ($0.05):

a. One-hour parking meter zone, section 14-416.1.

b. Two-hour parking meter zone, section 14-416.

c. Four-hour parking meter zone, section 14-415.

d. Five-hour parking meter zone, section 14-414.1.

(2) Ten (10) minutes for each five cents ($0.05): Ten-hour parking meter zone, section 14-414.

(3) Six (6) minutes for each five cents ($0.05): Twenty-four minute parking meter zone, section 14-417.

(4) Except that the parking meter rate for all City of Columbia parking meters located in the campus area shall be twenty-five cents ($0.25) per half hour for all periods of time between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. except on Sundays and holidays.
