Chapter 14 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC*
Section 14-493 Minimum size cycle permitted on street; age of operator.
No person less than nine (9) years of age shall propel a
cycle having a wheel diameter of less
than twenty (20) inches on any city street or thoroughfare unless supervised by his or her parents
or other responsible adult.
