Chapter 16 OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS*
Section 16-221 Obstructing government operations.
(a) A person commits the crime of obstructing government
operations if he purposely.
obstructs, impairs, hinders or perverts the performance of a governmental function by the use or
threat of violence, force or other physical interference or obstacle.
(b) Obstructing governmental operations is a class B misdemeanor.
