Chapter 17 PARKS AND RECREATION*
Section 17-108 Loitering, disorderly conduct.
It shall be unlawful for any person in a park to sleep or
protractedly lounge on the seats, or
benches, or other areas; or to engage in loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting or
indecent language; or to engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior tending to a breach of the
public peace.
