Section 17-116 Scott's Branch Trail; limitation on dogs.


Prior to the adoption of Ord. 21174 on 12/05/2011, Section 17-116 read as follows.

    It shall be unlawful for any person owning or responsible for a dog to allow the dog to be on portions of the Scott’s Branch Trail between Dublin Park and the Bonnie View Nature Sanctuary.
