Chapter 17 PARKS AND RECREATION*
Section 17-76 Compliance with state motor vehicle laws.
It shall be unlawful for any person in a park to fail to
comply with all applicable provisions of
the state motor vehicle traffic laws in regard to equipment and operation of vehicles, together
with such regulations as are contained in this Code and other ordinances.
