Chapter 18 PENSIONS*
Section 18-79 Compensation limits.
The annual compensation of each covered firefighter employee taken into account under the
firefighters’ retirement plan shall not exceed the compensation limits of section 401(a)(17) of
the
code, as adjusted for inflation.
