Prior to the adoption of 15754 on 09/21/1998, Section 19-182 read as follows.

    Employees or job applicants who feel that they have been discriminated against pursuant to EEO provisions of these policies, rules, regulations and/or procedures may contact the personnel office to resolve the issue, or may utilize available remedies under existing local, state and federal legislation.
