Section 19-222 Attitudes.
Whenever work habits, attitude, production, or personal conduct
of an employee falls below a
desirable standard, supervisors shall point out the deficiencies at the time (or as soon as
practicable) they are observed. Corrections and suggestions should be made in a constructive and
helpful manner.
