Chapter 19 PERSONNEL POLICIES, PROCEDURES, RULES AND REGULATIONS*
Section 19-227 Suspension or termination.
The city manager has the authority to suspend or terminate
the services of any employee
(1) A reduction in force due to lack
of funds or a curtailment of work.
(2) For misconduct, insubordination,
violation of regulations (as set forth in this section).
(3) When such action becomes necessary
for the good of the service.
