Section 19-89 Awards programs.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 20767 on 09/20/2010, Section 19-89 read as follows.
The city manager may establish award programs to encourage and reward
superior employee
job performance, to encourage and reward employee suggestions which result in improved city
operations, to encourage job safety and to acknowledge length of city service.
