Chapter 19 PERSONNEL POLICIES, PROCEDURES, RULES AND REGULATIONS*
Section 19-99 Show-up time.
An employee who reports to work
for the employee’s regular shift
and is reassigned by the
supervisor to another shift due to operational requirements shall be paid either the total time
worked or a minimum of three (3) hours straight time to pay for that shift for appearing on the
job, whichever is greater.
