Prior to the adoption of Ord. 20875 on 02/07/2011, Section 2-361 read as follows.
There is hereby established a youth advisory commission in and for the
city, with the
following purposes and objectives:
(1) To promote youth involvement in government
affairs.
(2) To advise the city council on the following
areas: education, delinquency, cultural
development, leisure activities, and social concerns.
