Chapter 2 ADMINISTRATION*
Section 2-42 Quorum; calling meetings; adjournment; compelling attendance.
A majority of the members elected to the council shall constitute
a quorum to do business, but
any two (2) members may have a call of the council or may adjourn from time to time, and may
compel the attendance of absent members and make an order for their censure or fine.
