Section 22-104 Special assessments limited to two dollars per front foot.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17377 on 07/15/2002, Section 22-104 read as follows.
(a) The council may cause unimproved streets,
avenues, alleys and other public places of the
city, or any part thereof, to be sprinkled, oiled, repaired, surfaced and resurfaced, and the cost
may be defrayed by a special assessment not to exceed two dollars ($2.00) per front foot.
(b) The council shall not levy special assessments
under this section for any street
maintenance project initiated after July 15, 2002.
