Chapter 22 PUBLIC WORKS AND IMPROVEMENTS*
Section 22-115 Beautification policy.
In order to enlist the support of the residents of the city in the beautification
of the city, city
departments with public maintenance responsibilities may seek volunteers to assist with the
development and maintenance of public beautification projects and in maintaining the cleanliness
of existing public facilities and rights of way.
