The requirements of this article shall be in addition to the requirements of all other applicable ordinances, including chapter 13, article II, known as the general licensing ordinance of the city, and the penalties imposed by this article for violations shall be in addition to those imposed for violations of chapters 6, 9 (article II), 20, 23, 25 and 29 of this Code and all other applicable ordinance provisions.
