Section 22-192 Transfer of ownership.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 20848 on 01/18/2011, Section 22-192 read as follows.
Upon the transfer of record, legal title of any dwelling
or portion thereof
which has a
certificate of compliance
or a provisional certificate of compliance, the certificate of compliance
or the provisional certificate of compliance shall immediately expire. The new owner or
titleholder may submit an application for a certificate of compliance.

the existing certificate to be transferred for the unexpired portion of the term for which it was
issued upon making written application to the director, on forms to be supplied by the director,
within fifteen (15) days from the date of transfer, and upon payment of a two dollar ($2.00)
transfer fee for the certificate sought to be transferred. The application for transfer
