Chapter 22 PUBLIC WORKS AND IMPROVEMENTS*
Section 22-73 When interested party meetings not required.
Not withstanding any other provisions of this code, interested party meetings shall not be
required for any of the following:
(1) Ordinary maintenance of public
improvements.
(2) Projects where there are no obvious
interested parties.
