Section 23-5 Same--Application.

Application for a permit shall be made to the director of community development upon a form provided by the city showing the plans and specifications of the proposed sign, including dimensions, material and details of construction including loads, stresses and anchorage and any additional information as may be required to assure compliance with the ordinances of the city. The application shall be accompanied by the written consent of the owner or lessee of the premises upon which the sign is to be erected.
