Chapter 24 STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC PLACES*
Section 24-124 Review by city manager.
The city manager shall have the right to review the conduct, acts and decisions
of all city
departments with respect to the management of the city's trees and other woody vegetation. Any
person may appeal any such decision to the city manager, who shall make a final decision on the
matter.
